Rimadyl is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which provides safe and effective relief of pain and inflammation due to dogs arthritis, orthopedic and soft tissue surgery.
How to use this product
Recommended dosage is 4 mg/kg. of body weight twice a day.
Side effects
Side effects caused by use of Rimadyl are rare, but signs of Rimadyl intolerance may include appetite loss, vomiting and diarrhea.
Precautions
Dogs and cats younger than 6 weeks, and very old dogs, should be treated with great precaution. Pregnant dogs, dogs used for breeding purposes, or lactating bitches should not be treated with Rimadyl.
Always store all medications safely and out of reach of children and pets.
Drug Interactions
Rimadyl should not be taken in combination with other NSAIDS within 24 hours.
